There happen to be four basic steps to your skincare process and we feel by going through the proper skincare regimen you can truly make LifeCell a great addition to your skincare process.
Step One: Cleansing is key and you will need to find a quality cleanser that will respond well with your skin type and not give up on it.
One thing you should avoid using is bar soaps as these will dry the skin instead of cleanse it. They will dissolve the oils that are in your face so you need to find a cleanser that has the proper mixture that will work well with your skin. Knowing your skin type really helps; since if you use too much of a product you will find your pores becoming clogged, but if you don't use enough your skin will dry out.
It is important not to cleanse your skin too often, so try doing it once a day, like the night time. Then in the morning you can use lukewarm water on your face to clean your skin, but avoid using hot or cold water, they can cause broken capillaries.
One of the best ways to wash your face is using warm water that will loosen any dirt and clogged pores, use approximately a dime sized amount of cleanser, then use lukewarm water to rinse the cleanser. To remove makeup you will want to ensure that you have the proper makeup remover, and never sleep with makeup on as this can cause aging of the skin.
Step Two: Exfoliation is the next step and happens to be one of the most forgotten about steps, but once you begin doing it on a regular basis you'll notice the difference. One great way to exfoliate your skin is by utilizing scrubs that will take off the dead skin cells that are on the top layer of your skin. By doing this on a weekly basis you'll see a definite change in the appearance of your skin.
Step Three: Moisturizing is also an important step, but you must ensure that you don't use too much or too little. The best way to choose the right amount is trial and error. When you feel that your skin is tight and uncomfortable it needs moisturizing, but if you use too much it will clog your pores.
Step Four: Use sunscreen to protect your skin from ultraviolet rays. By applying sunscreen on a regular basis you can assist in the prevention of aging of your skin, but ensure that when you select your sunscreen that it includes at least one of the three ingredients: titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, or Parsol 1789 (avobenzene).
As you can see taking care of your skin can be a time consuming process and many people don't have enough time each day to do it. With a little assistance from LifeCell Skincare you can improve your skin, and by including it into your regular facial care routine you'll see great changes in your skin in no time.
